Agreed SLA parameters are contractually approved. The financing is based on two financing models:

• flat/fixed payment tariff (usually for larger clients with a need to fix the costs for the service) or
• credit (for customer, who is not sure about the extent of the service)

We can provide all the necessary services for a short period of time, e.g. during holidays or illness of your specialists, or in case of extraordinary situations. It means by many clients longterm outsourcing contracts, by that we overtake completely work of IT division.
