PRESALES ACTIVITIES

Majority of presales activities is connected with the project iCentrum which we have been running for several years. Our partnership with Microsoft and close collaboration with its division MBS enable us to provide complex information in the field of the solution and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV to future users of IS.

The expert seminars are the main activity for presentation of complex solutions for the particular ICT area, based especially on products of our main partners. All seminars are focused practically and complemented by a set of live demos that enable all participants to make out clear view of conditions and installation process, configuration and deployment possibilities. We arrange seminars focused on changes in Microsoft Dynamics NAV product lines, new versions and newly offered supplementary applications developed by our company, or by our partners at home and abroad. The seminars are intended for our current as well as potential customers.

Other activities are individually focused on a particular customer or problem – we offer expert consultations, solution studies or opportunity to test the solution within the workshop. Recently an application of methodology OI (Optimalisation of infrastructure) is a part of our offer. This methodology is based on the methodology ITIL modified by the companies Gartner and Microsoft and implemented for purposes of the CDL solutions.

The major point of presale phase is a pilot project that we realize usually with the direct support of producers.

A software inventory check is one of interesting presale activities which provides a list of installed software and recommendation, how to legalize unlicensed software according to sometimes complicated license agreements of various producers.
