HISTORY AND PROFILE

Entrepreneur group CDL was founded in Usti nad Labem in 1992 with CDL SYSTEM, s.r.o. as the first company established. The name CDL originated in three fields of activities which we were involved at the time of establishing in – computer aided design (CAD), desktop publishing (DTP) and installing of local area networks (LAN). The original Limited company (Ltd) was transformed into a joint-stock company. Subsequently we set up three daughter companies - CDL Servis s.r.o. (1996) seated in Usti nad Labem and CDL SYSTEM, s.r.o. (2005) seated in Bratislava.

We have been residing in our own building with overall space more than 1600 m2 since 1997, we actively operate in Praha (branch office since 2003), in Zlín (branch office since 2004), Bratislava (the branch and daughter company since 2005) and Žilina (the branch since 2007). More than 80 employee work in the CDL Group now and sales oscillate around 160 million Czech crowns per year with high share of value added by us.

The CDL Group is involved in three basic fields of activities:

  • building of the infrastructure for IT systems,
  • design and implementation of intranet portals
  • implementation of complex IT systems including Analyses (BI),
  • implementations of solutions for the governance of relations with clients (CRM)

We cooperate with world market leading producers (e.g. HP, Microsoft) from which we obtain certificates of proficiency, which approve high professional skills of our staff. These professional certificates are complemented and supervised by the system for quality controlling of all processes in the company according to the standard ISO9001:2000 which was implemented in our company in 2002 and renewed in 2005 and 2008.

We offer to our clients except products and services from ICT/IT area also professional services in the area of the utilization of the finance sources from the EU funds assigned to support IT and marketing area.

The CDL SYSTEM a.s. company cooperates on a long-term basis with The Community Foundation of the Euroregion Labe as a donor. This partnership provides us with the possibility to support projects of nonprofit organizations in Usti nad Labem and its surrounding.
